Parcel vs Freight Shipping for Corvette Parts

How Dino's Corvette Salvage ships boxable parts versus oversized freight items, including crating and free-shipping rules.

Most parts ship parcel

Smaller Corvette parts usually ship in a box via UPS or similar carriers. Live rates appear at checkout when your address and cart qualify. Qualifying continental US orders may include free standard parcel shipping; Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded unless a product page says otherwise.

In-stock parcel orders typically leave within a few business days after payment and inspection. Product-page lead time notes override that default when a part must be pulled, built, or specially packed.

When freight and crating apply

Engines, doors, hoods, hardtops, and other oversized pieces may require LTL freight. Checkout charges parts, fees, and tax today; freight is quoted separately afterward. Crating fees can apply; estimates appear on the product page when available.

Freight orders ship after you approve the freight quote and arrange that payment. Plan for longer handling time than a small electronics shipment.

Local pickup

Local pickup at the Picayune, Mississippi yard may be available by arrangement. Call or text before you visit so we can locate your part. Pickup avoids freight for large pieces when you can transport them safely.
